"The front desk manager was especially helpful and understanding when he arranged for our hotel rooms ahead of the checkin time. The restaurant was excellent with a variety of choices and very helpful staff. Overall, this hotel gave us an excellent experience."

"Location was excellent, and staff were all very friendly in all positions. They helped us arrange trips and gave us local recommendations. The food was excellent, and breakfast great. Staff, food and vibes at Freddy’s bar ( in the hotel) was excellent especially."

"This property is exceptional and when it comes to hospitality, this is exceptional. I have visited multiple 5 star hotels in the past but the staff’s hospitality here is at next level. You want anything anytime, you get it. They cleaned our car also without us asking. Food taste was also great. You go to swimming pool and someone comes with towels and offer you drinks. Cleaning of the room done multiple times as and when we go out, when we came back room all cleaned and organised. Property has...

"Its nice location. The rooms are good and breakfast is decent. Rooms are little dated...needs update..."

"Neat and tidy room, the staff is absolutely wonderful, and the swimming pool is just lovely. The only downside is the location; the property is situated 10 km away from the temple. With 2000, you could book a room closer to the temple. If I owned the property, I would provide a complimentary auto or car...

"- Location is beside a stagnant backwater area. - The backwater is extremely filthy and a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. - Human waste and other filthy waste in the water around the resort causing toxic smell and environment. "

"It’s a good place to stay..amenities yet to come like spa It’s a quiet place if you just want to stay indoors…it’s in a remote place close to beach But far from restaurants and other shopping places"

"Excellent!"

"Excellent breakfast, convenient location - near Krishna devasthan as well as the Times Square mall The passageway is too dark"

"The room was comfy and luxurious . They had simple but delicious foods. However, as this is near a fisherman area there will be some unrest with the smell, take this hotel if you don't mind this inconvenience "

"Hotel location is good, its just near malpe beach and hotel rooms are also nice"
