Beautiful, peaceful monastery and church.
Beautiful, peaceful monastery and church.
Well worth a visit. Wouldn't know you were so near the railway station once inside. Beautiful frescoes from 1300s. Some renovation of cloisters at present.
Well worth the entrance fee, so much to explore
Museum really interesting. Couldn't go up the dome, as only booked tickets a few days before trip. So need tobook early for a timed slot for this. Never made cathedral as queues always 2-3 hours long and other people had said that it wasn't worth it. Best bit is the outside.
