" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"Very welcoming staff, food was very good and the grounds were gorgeous. We were in the annex area, with a lovely patio & lemon trees. Older building so it could get loud sometimes from fridge, or ac kicking in but overall a lovely place. Would recommend."

Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. "Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station."

"We travelled throughout Italy for 3 weeks and this was hands down our worst stay! The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend."
