"While I had trouble with the heater, staff responded quickly to any and all concerns. Even walking up a set of stairs as the elevator didn’t reach the top floor we stayed, added to the charm of true European buildings that weren’t overtaken by modern luxuries. The space was large. Everything we needed was available. It felt like we lived there for a short time. If it hadn’t rained so much I would’ve utilized the huge outdoor space. So gorgeous and gave me a sense of how lovely it would be to live there. The area was very walkable. Everything we needed was close by including some lovely sites. My family had a great time. Would return without hesitation. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "
