"Great location, super clean apartments, everything new. Walking distance to everything. Our experience would have been great if there had not been a bachelorette group on our floor. They apparently did not read the rules for quiet hours as they were yelling at 2 and 4 am. The acoustics of the building is horrible. Bring ear plugs!"

"Very expensive for what you got, you had to pay $25 a night for parking in addition to purchasing your breakfast the only amenity really was a weight room. No pool! Rented a family suite which was supposed to have a king and a queen and a pull-out coach, got a room with a king bed and two pull out couches, very uncomfortable."

"We spent only one night at Ruby. Wanted to extend our stay but weren’t able to because of plans the next day. I will be returning to Madison next week and will def stay again. Staff is exceptional. Ambience of the hotel is so warming, inviting and relaxing. We felt as though we stepped back in time for the evening. Very clean, extremely clean. We had to leave at 0600 so didnt get to enjoy the breakfast. The long narrow hallways added to the historic charm. While roaming around exploring all little coves and sitting areas, I felt like we would encounter a tall thin man with a top hat and 3 piece suit relaxing with a cup of tea. Cant say enough abt the beauty of building."
