"The stay has been amazing and the accommodation has been catering very well for guests staying with various needs including check-in / check-out requirements. Hotel is located well aside of the beach, with 1 min. walk to the fantastic promenade, this makes it the best and economic choice of accommodation at Trouville!"

"The staff lead by the wonderful manager Clement is fantastic. They helped us book tours, transportation and answered our many questions. The hotel is a gem & the surrounding area fantastic. My husband left a camera charging stand and they even sent it to us. Can’t wait to go back!"
"This place is amazing- truly feels like an oasis when you walk into the lobby. We found the staff very helpful, the room very functional, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Our advice would be to either travel by train/transit, or look into renting some off-site parking if possible, as parking in this area can be very challenging, as I found out! "Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again. "
"When booking they told us we’d have parking get there and they told us no so had to keep feeding a meter. The sink wouldn’t drain. Asked for towels in the morning and then after dinner had to go back and ask again. The suite was pretty run down. I’m used to EU mattresses but this was thin and the pillows was like sleeping straight on the mattress. The view was beautiful. A lot of walkable options for food/drinks etc 10/10 on location. But would not stay here again. "
