"I’m not sure where to begin. The hotel is on a busy street and it’s extremely hard getting in and out of the hotel. The breakfast is a 5/10 but the ladies were very nice and warm during the mornings. The floors and carpets in the rooms are deplorable. Absolutely disgusting to be honest. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly and only had a curtain with NO liner. The shower head was very nice and the water was really hot. There were nooks and crannies in the bathroom that could’ve used some TLC. They came in during our stay and wanted to shampoo the carpet and told us that we could turn on the air to dry the floors. I was sick with a cold and I explained that but they insisted. The carpet still looked a mess. This pool is a joke too by the way and I’m sure they don’t clean that either. 3/10 overall."

"The hotel was under construction. We would have preferred to know this ahead of time. By far, the customer service at the front desk was amazing. The hotel, the room, and the noise level was not! No one wants to relax to the sound of drilling and construction. Also, the breakfast was lackluster. Not up to the Holiday Inn brand."

"It was a basic room that needed some attention. The sheets had stains. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off of the wall, and the windows were held together with duct tape. It would have been nice to have somewhere to hang clothes and some kind of surface in the bathroom to place toiletries. "
