"Our room was nice and spacious, but there was a big chunk of stale, what appeared to be chocolate cake, in the floor in the middle of the room. The condition of the bathroom also wasn’t the best. We weren’t able to try the breakfast because the time coincided with the marathon. "

"Rooms were spacious but no microwave. Mostly clean. Some areas around toilet and bathtub that had previous hotel stayers hair. Amenities were great. My kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was good but no bacon?! Close to everything and I even got a few miles in to run around The Hill neighborhood. I felt safe in this area and would book again. "

"This was a great room. Lonely (I believe that was his name) checked me in, he was very friendly and personable. The room was nice and new. I would definitely come back."

"I accidentally left my jacket in my room that had quite a bit of cash in the pocket. When I realized it was left about 5 hours after we left I contacted the front desk and the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager. Nobody returned my calls or email. I called back multiple times asking for help. Bottom line is they don’t care about their guests and the housekeeping team clearly has dishonest employees on staff.I recommend you do NOT stay here."

"Breakfast was good and fresh but there needs to be a kids waffle or on cake option. Park situation needs better explanation when booking no good option outside of valet. Overall great experience."

"I was pretty disappointed with our stay here. The staff was nice but the room was terrible. First of all, none of the lights worked in our room besides the bathroom and one lamp. Yeah, the main light was broken. There were holes in the doors/walls. The mirror had chips around the wood and the desk had dirty spots on it. Terrible stains on the chair and stains on bedding. It didn’t feel very clean. There was just one towel layed out on the bed when we arrived, not folded, just layed out almost like a sort of blanket at the end. There was also a guy walking around the hotel when we checked in around 6pm who was still walking around at like 2am wearing some kind of tactical looking vest that was kind of sketchy. He was obviously not a security guard or any kind of military so I'm not sure if he was a guest or what but it was interesting none the less. Seemed nice but still threw us off guard. I wanted to switch hotels but we couldn't get our money back in time to do so."
