All the staff was so friendly and I had good conversations with everyone. The hotel was super clean and central to so many things around. We didn’t have to drive out very far.

The staff made this stay great. Where at a lot of hotels you don’t see many staff, here there are numerous opportunities to meet them. Warm, inviting and accommodating from the front desk to the breakfast team to valet. The hotel is right off the bridge and within walking distance to the Famous Fox Theater. Their outdoor gated area off the commons space was fantastic. If coming to St. Louis for a quick tripagain, we would stay here without a doubt!

The staff at the Element in St. louis was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. EVERYONE was very helpful, positive, and eager to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Even though I didn’t need it, I was given several recommendations for dinner, shopping, etc. The breakfast was very good and I was asked several times if I needed anything else. Great customer service experience!

The swimming pool was cloudy and cold. My kids were so excited when I told them we would be in the pool. Also, there was too much noise from one of the apartments. Had a hard time sleping. The staff was great and super helpful!

We had a blanket that didn’t look clean, so they replaced it. Otherwise place and hotel were clean. Nice place to stay, nice area, some historic places nearby in walking distance.

Loved the design of this hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice pool. Fun rooftop bar. Rooms were large and well-appointed and clean. Free breakfast needs an upgrade. The hot options were not up to par.
