"The staff are nice and respectful. The rooms are clean, until there was a little bit of soda residue in the bathroom sink and the ants came. Not just a few. My counter was full of ants. They were full so i couldnt change rooms. They gave me clearner to clean them up myself. I asked for a discount. I was told she would have to ask. I did not get a discount. Instead i got to clean ants off the batbroom counter for 2 days. Went to the pool and got into.the hot tub, it was lukewarm bath water. I did ask if they could turn up the heat foe the hot tub, they did. The staff is amazing! I want to give higher stars. "

"The whole reason we booked this hotel over others was for the kitchenette. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was very limited dishes and zero things to cook with. The lady at the front desk was an able to find us one pot. She did bring us extra set of dishes, silverware and made sure we did extra towels throughout our stay. I just assumed we would have at least a pan and a spatula! Cooking meals with one single meal is difficult… The staff is really friendly! The breakfast was great. My kids loved the waffles everyday. The hotel is really close to the space center and depending on the time of day 30ish to the zoo, aquarium, beach near by. "

"This may have been the best hotel I have ever stayed at when you consider price for value. We paid $80 a night, and it felt like it should have been twice that. The property looked nice, it was clean and felt well maintained. There are some things that suggest it could use a bit of a remodel, such as the slow elevator, older carpets, some knicks and bruises on the walls, etc but I didn't go in expecting the Bellagio The bed was super comfortable, the shower excellent, and the air conditioning blasted cold. The room was smallish, but it didn't bother me. The lazy boy was also comfortable. The kitchen provides plates, silverware, and pots and pans so you have everything you need to cook and a dishwasher to clean up Two downsides were the hotel wi-fi worked terribly for me so I had to use my hot spot and there is no complimentary breakfast. They do have a nice grind to order coffee machine that ran 24/7 and created above average coffee I highly recommend this hotel is you are looking for a budget friendly place that doesn't feel like you are traveling on the cheap "
