"I would not recommend staying here. The floors were very dirty, the bathtub was visibly not cleaned (you couldn't even shower), and the entire property had a strong smell of smoke and feces. There were multiple people lingering around the hotel, and I felt uncomfortable due to the environment—one individual even approached me inappropriately. It seems to function as an extended-stay property with long-term residents and pets. Parking is limited as well. For a small price difference, you’re much better off staying somewhere cleaner and safer."

"This is an older hotel wth outdoor entry rooms. The rooms were nice and arranged very well. The associate at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to NASA. There was plenty of parking there,"

"The room smelled of stale air and strong cleaning products. There were poorly patched holes in the bathroom door. The morning of our departure the water was shut off due to a “burst pipe repair” but no one from the hotel informed us of the issue. When I tried to call to find out if it was just my room, the room telephone wasn’t working so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. No one apologized for the inconvenience and they did not offer anything to make up for the issue. They just said it was out of their control. "

"Was given a room for late night check in, when we arrived the key was not in lockbox. They are very hard to reach, whennwe finally had someone on the property we found out our room was given to someone else. Not worth the hassle just book nearby at a Hilton. There were a lot of people just smoking or drinking outside their vehicles at midnight, didn't feel safe."

"My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action."

"The staff was very helpful and super attentive. The bar was nice and they had the sports game on for us. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was super good too!"
