"The rooms and property are fully renovated. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is well situated right across the street from the train station and right around the corner from the best shopping street in Bari."

"Super friendly staff at check in, they were able to point us in the direction of near by attractions. Hotel is minutes away from where the Nonnas make and sell pasta. Lots of great restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay here again"

"Overall, t is a good property but very disappointed to learn that they did not have laundry resources on property. They have se a laundry service that is not available on the weekends (our stay was over the weekend) and the room was very warm. They were able to provide a fan that helped a lot. The property was very clean and in a good location."

"The room and bathroom were comfortable. However, the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. My only constructive criticism is for the front desk staff. A warmer smile and a friendlier welcome would make guests feel more valued and create a better first impression."
