"Paid for a suite and got a regular room. Could not get refund because I booked through Expedia. Fairfield inn gave away my prepaid suite and put me in a standard room and compensated me by throwing me bags of chips from their overpriced food shelf. Will not do Expedia again and will not do Fairfield ..."

A storm came through and knocked out the power right before we checked in so our TV didn’t work although the tech was onsite doing her best to resolve the issue, she was unsuccessful. Also one shower wall had buckled so a curtain was placed to hide the buckled wall. ..."
