"Really beautiful modern hotel. Decor was welcoming and front desk, restaurant and bar staff were helpful. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options and the cool ambiance of this hotel. We did have an issue w/ the first room at the very start and had to switch rooms on the first day. There was a leak in the bathroom of the first room. But I will say that the staff made every effort to help make it right and we received a new room after our return for the day. They even left us a really nice note with apologies for any inconvenience AND a basket with some snacks and soft drinks for our new room. Any early check in charge was also refunded to me for this inconvenience. "

"We stayed at the Eurostars Grand Marina for six nights. We loved the location of the hotel, the room was good (even though slightly outdated), and the staff was overall attentive and professional. However, our otherwise positive experience was completely ruined by the catastrophic noise insulation toward the hallway and particularly toward the neighboring room, something mentioned also in a few other reviews. We arrived late afternoon and could hear the TV from the other room as if it was in our room. And whenever someone passes in the hallway, the door to the hallway seems to work like an amplifier and not like a noise barrier. A main issue in our room (443) was the connecting door to the next room. We asked for a room change next day, but the staff told us the hotel was full. The last night was then truly unbearable - it really felt as if people were in our room and not next door. I have stayed in a good number of USD200-300 per-night hotels in the last 10 years in the US and Europe, but never had such a truly terrible experience. So I would say that if you are not at all noise-sensitive and love to hear every word from people on the hallway and next room, and you also don't care at all about your privacy and love it when other people can hear 100% of everything you say and do, then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, I would stay away. I sent an email to the duty manager but was "informed" that this is a "structural" problem, so nothing they can do."

"We had dinner at the teraza restaurant, food was ok but staff kept disappearing. We had to go after them to pay, they were watching a game on their phone… Apart from that hotel was good, clean, nice variety at breakfast"

"I love the amazing hospitality from the staff and housekeeping. Amenities where awesome. The restaurant has a delicious steak and tiramisu. I love the location it’s nice a quiet not around many tourists. They sang to me happy birthday and provided me a delicious passion fruit mojito virgen."
