Breakfast team was good, gentlemen on desk and egg station lady, so sweet. Front desk team was kind and attentive at check in. Housekeeping lady was so sweet. Good choice for hotel pre cruise location. Our family had 2 rooms and we had everything that we needed.

The AC didn’t seem to be working but the room cooled off at night so wasn’t a big deal. The room was small and there was no hot water for the shower one morning. The location was good though; right in the centre of the Gothic district, but the hotel was very quiet
