"Good hotel and great ambiance "

"Property very clean, some staff were helpful but sometimes gave us wrong information. We really liked our stay though. Their city tax charges was a bit different with another hotel we stayed at during the same week. Not sure if it had anything to do with star rating. Didn’t use breakfast. We walked to most places. Subway is just outside the door. Lots of options outside. "

"The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating! The included breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious - surprising for an "all included". The first night was difficult because our A/C wasn't working. But we upgraded to a new room and it was lovely. The rooms are impeccable! Great boutique hotel in a very convenient location."

"Check in/Guest Services associates were friendly, helpful and professional. Answered tourist questions and assisted above and beyond. Bellmen were great too! Breakfast was scrumptious with an incredible selection. Great location to La Rambla and area. Definitely will stay here again! Well done! "
