Appartamento in posizione eccellente

La posizione è perfetta per andare ovunque, l’appartamento è gradevole e ben tenuto ed il personale che fa check in e out è gentilissimo e a sempre disponibile. Unico neo la mancanza di un soggiorno con divano.

Guest house bien placé mais...

Attention ce n'est pas un hotel mais une guest house. Un appt de 4 chambres à partager. Les douches ne sont pas vraiment privatives, il y en a 3 avec wc dans le couloir de l'appartement. Après 3 jours ils ont fait qu'une seul fois le ménage à mon départ et facturer environ 25euros le ménage + taxes locales... Prévoir du papier toilette de secours, ils ont oublier d'en remettre durant 3 jours... Sinon bien placé au milieu du quartier Gothic, place real, mais bruyant le soir (ivrognes).

Home away from home

Nice stay in an apartment, not a hotel. Clean, centrally located and overall pleasant. Bathroom, while private, is in the hall. Lovely kitchen to prepare what you want and cool environment.

Schönes Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sowohl die Innenstadt, das Meer, als auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Mitt i stan. Fest fram till tidiga morgontimmar och härlig atmosfär. Lite skumma kvarter men i helhet bra om man vill bo i stan. Mycket lyhört då det är som en stor lägenhet med flera rum

To avoid

Worst stay ever ! Unpleasant staff who doesn't answer our request even if agreed before arrival. Bed sheets not changed between two stay... Price based on the location but definitely not on the service. Do not hope for privacy either... very thin door/wall/windows. AC broke and very long time to get hot water in the shower. In other words avoid this place at any price !

excelente ubicación, en frente de la plaza real

Excelente atención, el cuarto ok, si vas en plan de ahorro y eres joven esta perfecto, el cuarto tiene AC y calefacción, camas individuales unidas no matrimoniales, el baño regular: muy pequeña la ducha solo entra alguien delgado y no mas alto de 1,9mts, solo dan toallas y jabón de manos, pero super bien ubicado si quieres caminar esta a 5 minutos de la rambla y a 15 minutos de plaza catalunya y de la estación de Metro, tren Renfe y Aerobús (frente al corte ingles) que por solo 6 euros/persona te lleva en 30 min al Aeropuerto El Prat. Aconsejo no comer en plaza real ni en la rambla porque son demasiado costosos los precios para la calidad ya q no te traen lo que pides o se tardan demasiadoooooo, y no piensen en cambiar dinero en una casa de cambio en la ciudad porque te roban en ese caso sale mejor el cambio en el aeropuerto

Great little gem steps from La Rambla

This guest house was a little gem in the middle of Plaça Reial, steps from La Rambla and very conveniently located. The house (apartment) had 2 bedrooms, with a large common area and terrace. The bedrooms were on opposite ends of the apartment so we had complete privacy. We had our own bathroom as well, and we had our own keys to our "wing" so we felt we had security as well as privacy. We did meet the other guest, a very nice guy from Italy. Overall, very pleasant experience. One important thing to note is that we thought this was a hotel when we booked it, so when we got a text asking us of our arrival time and we called back and it was a girl's cell phone, we were confused. She was lovely, and met us at 10:30 pm! Also, the address is no good to the taxi driver since it is a teeny, tiny street that cars are not allowed on so just tell him to take you to Plaza Real. Great place if you want to be near La Rambla, and, as you will hear over and over, watch out for pickpockets!

Bra läge

Det är en lägenhet med tre rum, och vi hyrde ett av dem. Incheckningen fungerade bra, men det var lite stressande att behöva boka en tid för detta. Kvinnan som mötte oss talade enbart spanska, men vi fick även hjälp på engelska via telefon. Skönt att ha tillgång till kök, framför allt till frukosten. Jättesköna sängar! Lite väl högljutt utifrån gatan, men ett toppenläge i en fantastisk stad!

This is not a Hotel - Let rooms in an apartment!

We arrived outside an apartment block. The on-suite bedroom was in fact part of a 3 bedroom apartment and someone else was staying another bedroom. Saying that - great location, very comfortable bed and brilliant shower. We were not prepared to be in an apartment!

Schwache Alternative

das Hotel hatte kein Zimmer mehr frei und buchte um in ein nahegelegenes Appartment. Die Qualität war unterste Grenze; der Preis höher als gebucht. Der Service hat gut geklappt und die Appartment Betreiber waren zuverlässig.

Sooo bad !

When you get sick you are on your own. They just tell you to go to a pharmacy or to the hospital yourself. There is absolute no help at all ! They don't offer a map over Barcelona. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ! And beside, it's not a hotel. Its a little aoartment where you have to share the bathroom with 3 other people ! And the kitchen you also have to share.

Charmigt hotell med toppen läge i Barcelona

Ett litet charmigt hotell. Nymålade och frächa rum med sköna sängar. Toppen läge m gång avstånd till Ramblan, katedralen och hamnen. Ända minuset var att toalett och dusch är i korridor. Mot ett litet tillägg får man egen nyckel till ett av dem så man har sitt eget badrum under vistelsen.
