The room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous. Nice location too - not very central but still close to everything. Good infrastructure - shops, cafes, buses, metro, places of interest within 30 minutes on public transport.

It's a sex-hotel. Used for prostitution and or affairs. Can be booked by the hour. Pretty dodgy, specially as it wasn't stated at the accomodation description in Hotels.com.

A localização é excelente, em Gràcia, muito próximo de metrô, trem e ônibus e a uma curta caminhada do Passeig de Gracia. É um hotel simples, sem luxos, mas confortável e com as principais amenidades necessárias. Não tem tudo no quarto, mas basta solicitar à equipe e eles farão de tudo para atendê-lo, são muitíssimo simpáticos e prestativos. A cama é confortável, espaçosa, a iluminação é boa e o Ar Condicionado funciona bem. Único ponto negativo: o quarto só tem dois pequenos cabides, não tem armários nem prateleiras, o que torna difícil manter as coisas organizadas em estadias um pouco mais longas. O custo benefício é excelente, recomendo muito.

Rien a redire sur l accueil le jour de notre arrivée et pour le reste du sejour. Chambre propre et spacieuse. La seule choses que nous pouvons reprocher c est l absence d une penderie pour y mettre nos affaires. Nous avons su laisser nos vêtements dans nôtre bagages.

Poderia ser melhor!

A localização é ótima, mas os quartos não possuem armários, prateleiras ou gavetas. Fica tudo espalhado pelo chão do quarto, o que gera desconforto. A limpeza do quarto atrasa e não é eficiente. Os recepcionistas, ao perceberem o descontentamento fazem o possível pra aliviar o estresse do hóspede com gentilezas e regalos.

De kamer was niet netjes. Vlekken op de vloer. Airco en het licht werkte niet. Constant geluidsoverlast van werken, zowel savonds als sochtends vroeg. Het water wisselde steeds van koud naar warm en terug naar koud.

Experiencia horrible. Elegí este hotel por la ubicación,céntrica. Sin embargo, me tuve que ir por la noche porque el hotel no puede ser más tétrico. La puerta de la calle apenas está visible, en la recepción hay una especie de telón y no hay sofás. Al llegar, me hicieron esperar en una sala de maletas y tardaron en darme la habitación (aunque el checkin era a las 11 y llegue a la 13). El wifi no funcionaba. El hotel es todo interior, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, no tiene luz natural. En mi habitación, había un espejo frente a la cama que daba muy mal rollo. Conclusión: hice el checkout por la noche porque tenia miedo y me tuve que ir a dormir a otro sitio. Nunca más!

Es súper antiguo, esquinas estaban llenas de suciedad, debajo de la cama había una bolsa de patatas vacía, y estaba todo muy sucio en general, además no tiene ventanas, es como estar en una cárcel, sin añadir el olor a tabaco que tenia la habitación con muy poca iluminación. Es muy caro para lo que es.
