Room safe was almost on the floor making it incredibly hard for me, aged 69, to use. Room was tiny, nothing like site photos. No external window, internal corridor only. Aircon controlled by hotel, so room very stuffy & unpleasant to sleep in

Bathrooms not good -- mirrors were rusty, the plastic cover over the ceiling ventilation fan fell off. Furniture in the bathroom was cheap. I had a slip and fall accident and injured my right wrist and elbow when in the bath tub having a shower, it is sloped and is difficult to stand up straight in. One of the electrical breakers tripped, and I had to work through fixing it with the maintenance man. He was helpful and trying hard, but the evening manager didn't seem to care that we didn't have TV.

The hotel was in a good area, very close to Las Ramblas, staff was pretty friendly despite a bit of a language barrier at times. Rooftop lounge closed too early (8:30pm)
