To avoid during summer !
It was not so bad but the price is far too high compared to the confort. With a hot weather, it is impossible to open the window because of crazy noise due to bus stop, and the provided air ventilation ( no AC) was so noisy too ! So we did not sleep well at all. Too bad cause the painted glass and walls are lovely...
Very disappointed that this is advertise as a hotel and misleading for those expecting a more upscale experience. The service is probably one of the best in the city, with amazing people ready to help with anything you need. Unfortunately, this a hostel —not a hotel— and as such is missing vital add-ons like ACs. The room and the lobby are even hotter than outside (especially during summer days when it hits 35 degrees celcius). Our shower was clogged and the tiny AC in the room was broken, same with the one in the lobby, so because of this we decided to leave the next day, after finding out that there are cheaper hotels better located and with better facilities. I’m extremely disappointed that I had booked for two nights and I had to leave after the first night.

This was in a great location, both in terms of being close to Pl. Catalunya and La Rambla and also being in one of the old buildings, so you could stay in the character of Barcelona. It is not a hotel, but a hostel, so amenities are scaled back. However, one of the two shared showers was out for the whole of our two night stay and one of three toilets was difficult to flush. We knew from previous reviews that the breakfast was sparse, so were prepared. The beds were comfortable, however, and the working shower was warm and had good pressure. The staff were friendly and available via WhatsApp to check when you were arriving, so they could be there to let you into the building. Our room had a lovely balcony onto the street, which added to the charm of staying in real Barcelona architecture.

Perfect hotel to visit Barcelona. Beautiful, exactly like in the pictures. Excellent location. Based on other reviews I was a bit in doubt about the bathroom, but no need. We booked a room that explicitly mentioned a private bathroom, and that's exactly what we got.
I was given a last min room rather then what I had agree on... it wasn’t very comfortable.

Cheap spacious suite in good location. No AC
The room and bathroom are big, and it had a private patio. It was too warm with no AC and the bed could be a bit more comfortable. Super friendly staff!
