"The cleaning staff la Señora Luz Maria went above and beyond to assist me with things I requested!! Ms. Eva was also extremely helpful. I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! All the employees of this hotel were exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful with views of the city especially from the roof top and the pool!! Definitely top notch hotel and the service was also amazing!! Definitely my 1 choice when I come back to Medellin!! Thank you!!! "

"room was very comfortable (great bed) Loved the decor. Wonderfully located near the Provenza walking distance to bars, clubs , restaurants and parks. Short cab rides to other attractions. The breakfast was delicious. Dinner options are not that great but the bar on the roof is really good! "
