"Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !! "

"The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. The frescos on the ceilings were original, the furnishings an eclectic blend and very comfortable. During our stay the whole staff treated us very warmly and were always happy to help us in every aspect of our stay in Florence. "Excellent location blocks from the Duomo. Beautiful large rooms. Access to a small roof area with panoramic view. Breakfast—you order what you want the day before with plenty of options. "

"The bedroom was small but had a lovely view from the bathroom window and balcony. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was disappointing that the room was hot and stuffy even with air-conditioning on (temp 24.5 degrees). We opened the balcony doors which helped however let insects in. It was also disappointing for the price that parking was a few minutes walk from property. "

"The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much...

"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "
