There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."

"Great staff, especially Roman and Lucy at Reception. They were so welcoming and offered great tips for dining and parking around Chamonix during UMTB week. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car since it’s a little off the beaten path, but it was a great home base for our trip. "

"I had a great stay at the Midi Guestrooms in Martigny. I needed a central location as a launch point for exploring Switzerland. The manager Patrice was very helpful and provided a guide for Martigny. The facilities were clean and the room is comfortable and secure. Martigny is a great town with great restaurants, rich culture and activities. Its train station is only a 15 minute walk from the guesthouse, which is great for visiting nearby towns like Sion. When I visit Switzerland again, I'll definitely check to see if Midi Guestrooms has any available rooms!"
