Lovely clean, quiet property. Due to travelling out of season, some local facilities were not available/ limited buses. A car would be useful but 2 clean beaches in walking distance.
Attentive owners and excellent communication.

This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and...

Stayed for two nights as a base for exploring Budva. It took about 6-7 minutes to walk down to the beach and about 10-11 minutes to the old town, so all things considered a good location.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a balcony with a table and chair so this was especially nice for relaxing in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and I had a parking space right outside.

The sea view from the balcony of my room was magnificant. I absolutely loved just sitting there and enjoying the view. The staff were really friendly and lovely. Perfect for anyone looking for a hotel with a private beach and halal food. Its only few minutes walk from the old town and there is another beautiful beach only few minutes away.

So, I was the first Expedia guest this property received. It's a little tricky to find at first as the name has changed recently but the new boards haven't arrived as the season hasn't started properly (mid April). The host who speaks good English welcomed me and explained everything well, showed me to my room etc etc.
The pool wasn't in operation as it was still out of season but I didn't mind this too much.
The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom with a great shower.
