"Nice pool, awesome view and close to the port."

"There isn't a huge selection of hotels in Coron, so I would stay here again in the expectation of a 3* experience. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing and there were enough loungers on the pool day we had. The drinks service to the pool was great, and happy hour was appreciated! Breakfast was so-so, but we only had that once due to an early transfer. The lunch food was pretty good. Staff were as helpful as you can expect. Location is good, considering Coron town isn't all that walkable, so sure it's a max 150 peso ride to the centre but tricycles are plentiful. The main issue with this hotel is the condition of things, everything is a bit rundown or damaged. For example, the cushions on the pool loungers just slide off and the bedroom walls and floors were a bit grubby. It felt like a UK Travelodge, with a pool and better service. "

"It was a WOW coming in to the island on the bargka boat. We were initially picked up at a wee dock in the countryside and rode down the mangrove lined river before entering the ocean. Food was great, room was lovely and staff were very attentive. We were here during the US/Iran war so it was very quiet. We had a palapa and beach chairs to ourselves. Chance to snorkel, kayak and paddle board. Pool was nice although the water was warm from the sun. The bats were so cool, seeing them all sleep in the trees and then leave at sundown. They had a baby bat which we could see every day. The morning hike to see the sunrise was stunning. Highly recommend spending some time here."

"Laundry was convenient. Staff very helpful. Pools were amazing. Book your tours with the front desk. Same price as everywhere else, so just very quick and easy. Tuk Tuks were right out front to take you to town, very reasonably priced."

"The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel. There is a lot of nice place in town to stayed in. Think about your safety too.The room is spacious and well-appointed. While some staff members are pleasant, others exhibit unacceptable behavior. We experienced an unintentional incident, but one of their staff members displayed a hostile attitude and attempted to assault one of my siblings. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and their handling of the situation was inadequate. Additionally, there are numerous hidden charges for food and services that were not disclosed to us upfront. Consequently, we will not be returning to this resort hotel. This will be our final stay at this establishment. There are many other pleasant accommodations available in town. Please prioritize your safety when making your accommodations."
