The location of the hotel is excellent: next to hot springs and five minutes walking to the town center. The buildings are old but functional and the rooms are suite type. There are onsite restaurants and many excellent restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall.

Nice vacation place for the family

The cabaña was spacious and clean with two king-sized beds, perfect for the family. The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the amenities nice, although hours were reduced for cleaning.

Except that I wasn’t able to enjoy the view given rooms are so close to each others and workers kept working in the area, so wasn’t able to have privacy without closing curtains! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great. The spa therapies were amazing. The location is unbeatable, but whether I didn’t enjoy the most is the super friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back.
