The hostel's garage is rented on a private property, and the distance is approx. 50 meters, the distance published by you is like walking to the center of town the 300 mtrs. Muchas gracias por su comentario, lamentamos no leyeron las especificaciones sobre donde dice dormitorios son compartidos. Realmente no fue un error del hostal sino más de ustedes al no leer toda la información. Nos alegra le encanto todo el servicio de desayuno, limpieza y relax. Para todo el personal fue un placer servirles y tenerlas hospedadas en el pequeño Hostal Backpackers (mochileros viajeros) B&B. Les deseamos un lindo viaje y un hasta pronto.

Estimado pasajero, creo no entendió la explicación en Español, su reserva era una habitación sencilla para una persona y usted llego con otra persona adicional, en las políticas de su reserva en expedia dice claro, persona adicional a la habitación tiene un costo de $14.90, por revise. El hostal para considerar la equivocación de la empresa Expedia, menciono que solo cobraría $10, esto lo hemos explicado semanas atrás cuando usted realizo la reserva mediante un email. Lamentamos usted no ha leído sus emails donde poníamos en notificación anticipada. Pero Expedia se comunico con usted mediante llamada telefónica como usted explica y le pago el adicional que debía pagar. El hostal debe cumplir con los contratos de las empresas de reservas porque pagamos comisiones, impuestos de divisas extranjeras que son muy altas en Ecuador. Eso explicamos en recepción. Sentimos mucho que usted no quiere pagar, pero lamentablemente esa son políticas establecidas en todo hostal o hotel cinco estrellas en todo el mundo, inclusive mencionamos que si deseaba otras noches le daríamos un descuento directamente del hostal. Pero usted deseaba imponer su precio de pago y eso no es posible ya que somos un hostal, un negocio que prestamos servicio de hospedaje. Agradecemos su visita y para todo el personal fue un placer servirle.
