The hotel is located leas than 5 minutes from Baños. Looks like a castle when you first enter it’s gates, with a beautiful garden to your right. They have a ton in the game room and the rooms are spacious. Missed out on breakfast, although it is included… we overslept. Check in was easy and quick, just know there will be a small service charge for using card. Overall very nice stay.

This place is spectacular! Our stay was very pleasant. The hostess at the front desk (the Venezuelan guy, I'm really sorry I forgot his name) was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious. I would have love to stay here more time. Definitely I will go back and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This hotel is even better than on photographs. One of the most memorable hotels of all our travels. Lots of attention to detail, made with love. It is under active volcano that we could see from our balcony. Clean property, helpful friendly staff. Great location on the way to swings, flight of the condor, luna volcano spa, bellavista viewpoint. Only $2 taxi to get to city center. Highly recommended!

Unbelivably beautiful

The grounds and architecture are stunning. Stained glass windows all around. A great play room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. The owners could not be more charming. Dinner in the resturaunt was made to order (no menu) and fabulous. Complimentary breakfast also excellent. Great place to bring kids perhaps even better for a getaway without them. Views of the active, snow-capped volcano are spectacular.
