"It was more of a hassle than the savings. If you want any items for your room with a kitchen you reserved, you have to request ALL items from the front desk (including hair dryers, and you have to bring down your dirty linen to exchange for fresh linen, don't forget you are responsible to take out your own trash at the end of each hallway prior to check out) which there is usually only one person on shift to attend to everything. Some of them don't even know you exist they don't look up to see who is coming or going. The breakfast is a joke. Packaged boiled eggs, fruit (orange/apple), granola bars and watered down coffee and package tea. watch out you will get lectured "one per person". This is the included breakfast not worth it. Only 1 young lady was helpful and kind to the customers. Everyone else looked stressed and not happy at their job. I was only there for 4 days but that was enough. This was our first experience at this brand and I can say without a doubt we will book elsewhere. We travel a lot and frequent Arizona and the more pop up hotels come in, the less personable it gets. "

"The property is dark and very dirty. It appears to be a hotel where most of the people are living there. They have chairs outside the doors with cigarette butts. It's dirty trashy and I would never stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was nice. The TV didn't have very many channels unless you used her own accounts to open apps. There was no coffee machine or coffee. The towels were clean but they had old stains on them. There was a refrigerator in the room but someone had left food in it and it hadn't been cleaned out. This property was not up to the standards of what I believe hotel.com expects"

"The room was filthy and very poor condition. It’s very old, not kid friendly. Several people out side on balconies smoking pot. Would not want my kids there. Very run down, no counter in bathroom, just a small sink that was broken. "

"Love how the condos come with everything u need even extra space they make it feel very welcomed there very quiet peacefull . Been staying few times now rooms r great last one could've had a decent cable or connection to watch tv but only had AIR ANTENNA AND bathroom had no air going inside it so very hot in there but Ima keep going back I still love the price I find on hotels.com cheap but the company charges additional fee of $35 that's non refundable so u r actually paying more then wats on hotel.com website "
