Stayed here 10 years ago when it was a Novotel but it is now very tired and in bad need of a refurbishment- adequate is how I would now describe it

I left my watch in the room when checking out, and the receptionist (male – unfortunately I didn’t get his name) made the extra effort to rush to the room and get it for me. I really appreciated his help and the great service.
