Quietly excellent, the Sukhumvit base I'll keep coming back to 😊 Bangkok rarely lets you relax on arrival, so finding a hotel that gets every fundamental right feels like a small miracle. NIGHT Hotel on Sukhumvit 15 does exactly that. Start with the staff. Warm, genuinely helpful, and quick to sort anything I asked, never the scripted politeness you get at bigger chains, just people who seemed pleased you were there. Security is handled properly, which matters more than most reviews admit. The lifts require key access, so nobody without a room is riding up to your floor, and the wi-fi runs on individual secure logins rather than a shared open network. Small things that let you switch off. The room was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on anywhere, and they offer a pillow menu… pick what suits you and get a great night sleep. The shower deserves its own mention: strong, hot, consistent, no compromises. The location is hard to beat. A few minutes on foot to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, with Terminal 21 essentially next door, so the whole city feels accessible. Tucked down a soi, it stays surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, an enormous spread covering Thai, Asian and Western, all of it fresh, with staff topping up constantly. There’s a gym and a rooftop pool too. Clean room, brilliant bed, great shower, superb breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff. Ticks all the boxes!

Excellent staff and unbeatable location, but showing its age We had a good family stay at Centre Point Plus Silom. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. - Prime Location: Direct access to a connected mall for food and groceries (Sushiro and MK were great), street stalls right outside, and a quick walk to Sathorn Pier for boat transit. - Spacious Rooms: Huge space for a family of 4, great city views, plus a fridge, microwave, and Japanese toilet. - Good Facilities: Pool, gym, and handy self-service laundry. Things that could be improved - - Impractical Layout: A lot of wasted space, and the bathroom has no frosted glass or privacy partitions between the toilet, shower, and sink. Only one person could use it at a time. - Maintenance: The room feels a bit dated with a faint stale smell. It was very loud due to two noisy AC units. We also had a water leak one night that staff fixed it quickly and apologised with a fruit basket, but it showed signs of poor maintenance. - Elevator Delays: Only two lifts for the building, leading to long waits during peak times. Overall we enjoyed the stay with location and excellent staff making up for the problems.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. Location was great and the staff warned against people impersonation which was very timely. House keeping excellent with nothing being too much trouble.
