Amazing hotel with nice hot tub, waterslide, and shuttle into town. room needs a refurb soon as it’s starting to feel a little dated for the high price you pay but still a great stay in a clean room

HI Banff Alpine Centre - Hostel
First time staying in a hostel and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, free bear spray to check out each day, free bus pass, large lockers and under bed storage. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink options at an affordable price.

Room was spacious and clean. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. As a person who works out nearly everyday, the gym is important to me, and this gym was poor and straight out of the 70’s. Neither treadmill worked, machines were from the 70’s or earlier.
