Room was clean and fresh. Friendly staff and there is a daily 2 hour complimentary kids club. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel with outstanding service from the staff (especially Amira and the restaurant/bar staff) and good standard of food in the restaurant. The seafood buffet meal was particularly good value. Room was comfortable and clean.

Great resort hotel that works well for families. Breakfast buffet is excellent - you could stay a week and have an entirely different delicious meal every morning. The two restaurants are great as well, makes lunch and dinner easy without going anywhere. Staff are always super helpful and friendly - I cannot state this enough. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. It's also nice to walk into a fresh room with music playing - a cheerful welcome. Our family especially enjoys the pool, splash...

Everything went smooth during our stay. The room is spacious. We enjoyed the activities provided at the Sports and Recreational TPGR which are free for the guests. Some of our family members jogged in the morning said they jog while watching some golfers at the site. Very recommended for big family.

I was amazed by the room this time round, well equipped and clean, and surprised that the room service for food and beverage has resumed. Staffs at the front desk were very polite, friendly and helpful, not forgetting the other service staffs as well. A great place to stay and unwind. Bravo!

We had a great stay in Amansari resort, we check in late and the staff is quite helpful, however, a few hiccups when we first came in the room there is cockroaches in the master bedroom where we managed to "shoo" away the 3 bedroom apartment was really spacious, the aircond was functioning well,

The host was very responsive and helpful. Communication was smooth throughout.

Breakfast is wonderful, I missed the evening buffets as they were poorly advertised, so settled for the club lounge.

Great size room, clean with everything we needed. Good gym, and central location

I really enjoyed staying here. Very affordable and comfortable! The unit is clean and comfy! The room has such a homey vibe to it and the free WiFi provided was really handy and speedy for planning what my partner and I wanted to do! It is on a high floor too, so you get to see a spectacular view of the sunrise over JB! The recreation facilities on the 8th floor was awesome! The pool was my favourite! Love the views and the fact that it's kind of sheltered so you don't have to worry about...
