"After an amazing party in the afternoon we were unable to check until after 4;pm by which time no room on the lower floor was given as an option. The room is in the annex and described as a 2 minute walk. But that's not true for older people who have issues with walking. Once in the room which was hot. No heating was visible: the automatic fan and light combination was awful. Additionally no WiFi available. At 3am a red/green light started flashing which turned out to be the TV; eventually we found the off switch. Breakfast was greatly anticipated but sadly did not meet a 4star standard I can't even describe the black pudding. This was a greatly anticipated visit. I will try and see if it's improved in 6 months time."
