Great value for money, spacious well-appointed room, room service (haven't seen that in a while, although I didn't use it) and an extremely efficient aircon unit that would cause hypothermia if left running on full overnight. "If you're coming from anywhere as a traveller that is train bus or air... It's too far away 16km which adds another 400 baht to trip. Internet is really bad if you need it. Staff were helpful. Almost no eating facility within a mile. Tbh Sura Thani is strange. Police were helpful finding me reasonable ride to the hotel. But very few actual eating places around unless you like your pork beef chicken etc."

"This hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were basic, but clean and adequate. We had two adjoining rooms with a shared door that worked great for our family. The hotel is quite close to the night market and made for a nice stay on the way to Koh Samui. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt we got an amazing value for our money!"

"A comfortable one night stop over. There is some loud music from a 24hr gym on one side of he hotel but when we changed rooms to the other side of the horel it was quiet. No breakfast availability but there is complimentary tea/ coffee in reception and a 7/11 across the road. Convenient location to the Seatran and Phantip bus stations. Clean ,comfortable, convenient and good value one night stop over."

"The doorman was most helpfull. Language was a bit of a barrier at reception. We had the kindest, most friendly waitress in the Resstaurant. Evening meals were very tasty and acompanied by beautifull piano and vocals. The pool was super clean. The room was quite spacious and we were happy with what we recieved. Good value for money."

"This was an average hotel at best. The room was quite small and the bed was hard as per Asian standards. There is not much in the area and we had a hard time finding anything to eat after our arrival in the early evening. 7-11 was about the only thing open. There was supposed to be a Tesco nearby but we could not locate it. Breakfast was not great."

"Room was great! Bed was very comfortable and shower had good water pressure. However, toilet didn't flush, breakfast made me nauseous and when asked to help boom the boat to koh phangan they charged me twice the price (550 baht) I would have paid to just book it with the ferry company (320 baht)"
