"At check in discovered we had a second floor room with no limited mobility access and no air conditioning. You could open room door when it was locked. They did accommodate us by finding rooms but had to stay in first room for three nights. Then had to move four times during our three week stay. Cost went up by 50% and couldn't pay with Visa as it would then have to go through hotels.com. Cut into our holiday budget. Resteraunt was expensive with mediocre food."
