We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. We felt among the nature with all the natural noise of birds, and water, it was great coming back here and thank you so much to Rot and her entire team for making us feel in a fairytale again ! Also thank you for making us last year so early in the morning ( 5 a.m.) breakfast and helping us with our luggage as our flight was at 9 a.m. and we had to leave very early 🙏 We appreciate all your kindness and hospitality ❤️

The staff was super helpful every time we had questions, and the shuttle service is fantastic. They kindly let us store our luggage for our last day and let us use their staff washroom before we left for the airport.

Great rooms. Very peaceful. Staff were friendly as were the maintenace guys and cleaners. Pool area great. Restaurants are a 10 min walk away but thays not the end of the world

The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider ...
