I do wish they had conditioner available as is always needed after a day in the sea + pool. but that is just such a minor gripe. "We had a top floor side sea view room which was very spacious. The finishing were a little tired but adequate. Great pool areas separating children’s pool with adults. Breakfast choice great if you like Indian food however otherwise we found it quite bland. The staff in reception were really helpful allowing us to upgrade smoothly. The main disappointment was that the beach was separated by a busy road and we found the water not great for swimming. Otherwise a great location for exploring Ao Nang. "

"Clean room, but super Rude staff omg!!! One of the very first.. asked an Iron and requested to set up the iron board.. the staff literally banged iron on my clothes and set it to full heat .. denied when we requested ice for a hurt that was caused by improper set up of the iron borad which fell on my feet… just was waiting to get out of the hotel and the staffs rude looks.it was a gals trip hence was even scared to complain."

"Good reasonably priced hotel on beach with good pool and sunbeds. Had to move from tropical villa with outside bathroom due to the amount of mosquitoes. Hotel room with view of pool was very clean and nice ....just location of room meant there were very foul smells of sewerage which other parts of the hotel didnt suffer from. The concierge staff were amazing as were reception staff. More staff needed in Amazon cafe as waited for over half an hour in queue before giving up. Was lovely to see the monkeys, lizards and butterflies around the resort. "
