Everything was exceptional from the room to the pool and especially ALL the staff

I enjoyed my peaceful nights stay and the facilities available. Room was comfortable with air con and fan options which worked well. Staff were friendly and the restaurant produced good food. I’d would have liked an option for a mosquito net as there were a lot, but otherwise a good one night.

We enjoyed our stay, their is a bit of a lack of nearby places of interest but the hotel itself satisfied our needs!

Lots of potential- good size room and very friendly helpful staff. The small things that it needs are a mirror and desk/dressing table in the room not just bathroom mirror. Hooks for towels. A couple of chairs on the balcony and lastly a fence around the pool- THIS IS NOT A SAFE POOL FOR YOUNG CHILDREN! Sadly the Otres beach area was demolished and nothing is really there now but $5 in a tuck tuck and there are plenty of restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I went for five days and looking at the state of the roads in Sihanoukville decided to stay put in the hotel which was a blessing in disguise. I had all my meals at Duo restaurant and they made them exceptionally well taking into consideration I am vegan. Great Vegas style hotel/casino. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool and gym are nice and the buffet had variety. The surrounding area isn’t great, as tall buildings and a lot of construction. There really wasn’t much to do, hence we went to Koh rong island (a ferry ride away) to enjoy the beautiful beach. We had never been to Cambodia or in fact the Far East so this was quite adventurous for us. After quite a long journey to get to the hotel, my wife, son, daughter and I were received very well by the hotel staff. The main foyer is beautiful as are the grounds and the facilities. The hotel has its own beach front which is literally a 1 min walk away where you can order drinks and food. There are no hawkers so you are never disturbed. This hotel is in Otres 1 and also goes by the name Pilot Beach. Recently acquired by Chinese (along with most of Sihanoukville) so a lot of signs are in Chinese and breakfast is heavily catered towards chinese dishes. Room is actually OK - comfortable bed and nice shower but doesn't feel very private with a full width patio door along the main walkway. I hope the net curtains were not see through. Matches the price you pay really, the whole area is just a huge Chinese construction site. Decent for one night. The pool is a nice bonus
