"I'm confused, this hotel is a boutique??? The hotel is more like a 1 star. Old and no upgrades, smelled terrible like smoke (I had a non smoking room),TV is the size of a postage stamp (maybe a 32 inch TV??) and the hotel is dated and funky, like its from the 80's, but not in the a good way. I had a 2 night stay and the moment I got there knew I wouldn't be back. It had a vibe of a old Motel 6 on skid row. "

"Cons: No receptionist. Stayed in room 6 which is next to the bar. Super noisy. Pros: big, beautiful, clean room. I loved the room, but will not be going back because I don't like going to a hotel without a receptionist. It's a cold vibe. "

"The boutique showed up as cat friendly on my web search. I was traveling with my cat so excitedly booked. Once I finalized the payment I got an email which highlighted the property is not pet friendly and to please not bring pets. I quickly called to cancel but wasn’t able to get through to any staff. I called a few times over the next couple days- only to find out the staff is truly not available. I received emails about “we’re excited to see you” to which I’d reply “hi please help me cancel, I have my pet with me I can’t stay with you” of course I’d get no response. Really frustrating that the staff is MIA. Not sure if the company has listed themselves as pet friendly on their Business Profile or it was a fluke- but either way they should remain available to assist with reservations. Didn’t stay, paid for it though!"

"This was an amazing find! Loved the property, so full of personality. Very quaint, house is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and charming yard ornaments. Inside is adorned as well with very interesting artifacts collected by the owner and donated by guests. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The "
