"My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. "We enjoyed our stay at the Ambience Hotel Freieck. Located in Chur’s Old Town, it occupies a beautiful 16th-century building with a well-done blend of historic architecture and modern convenances. The rooms are bright and contemporary with nice beds and good Internet. The breakfast in the morning is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful offering excellent suggestions for dinner. They gave us a Guest Card Chur (Gastekarte Chur) for discounts and free admission for attractions."

"Loved this charming property. For the mobility impaired: there are some serious stairs but the kindly staff will store anything you don’t need if you don’t want to lug it to your room. We also greatly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant."
