Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. Room was small but clean, bathroom was really small but everything working and in good quality. Alisa the receptionist was lovely, really helpful and always had a smile on her face. Location of the hotel is noisy, front room with people and back room with traffic. It was really hot so the window had to be open. "The location is absolutely stunning, you see the Alps from the balcony. The breakfast is wholesome and healthy, the croissants are still warm, and everything is super fresh.
The only drawback is that the church across the street is very noisy — it starts ringing its bells at six every morning and it’s always an extensive performance, so if you like to sleep in, you may have difficulties."
