"Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

"When I requested a cab from my previous hotel, I thought they accepted credit cards. When I arrived at O2 I didn’t have cash. I went in to the desk and a very nice man who speaks Ingles helped me and ran out to the cab and paid him. I was very surprised and relieved. He continued to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. "

"Hotel Lyon is close to everything: Metro stations, local bus stops, the Congress area, and downtown landmarks. If you prefer to walk a little bit, you can just walk to the downtown area including Plaza de Mayo and the famous monument. Most of all, the staff is helpful and Hotel Lyon provides a free nice breakfast. I'd stay at Hotel Lyon again should I visit Buenos Aires one day again. "

"Beware, when I arrived the towels and bed sheets had clearly been used, but the booking was not refundable, so I stayed, hoping they would be changed soon. 5 days passed and they were never changed. There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything."
