Everything was good expect the location. The hotel is in a ramp and sometimes cabs don't come till the hotel or they are not allowed. With kid and luggages it is very inconvinient.

"I appreciate the hotel contact person being available on both sides of the ferry ride - for someone who is not familiar with the area, the options, especially when there is nothing clearly written on a Board, to have an agent of the Hotel directing was a stress reliever."
