"Room was clean. However pool was extremely small and you had to book your time to go. Also the staff were not friendly and never answered the phone when calling down to get more pillows and blankets for the room. "

"The room that was given to us was not cleaned when we entered . WE were then given another bigger room at no extra charge ,but the toilet was not working properly, and had to be fixed . On the positive side the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful ."

"Overall, our stay was good. Seems more outdated in-person than in the pictures. We appreciated the safety precautions of the hotel, as well as how quick and nice the valet service was (all staff was great!) The breakfast was not great, but there was variety each day. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Meh. We returned bc of a previous positive experience, but this place has gone downhill. Rooms are worn and not maintained, and the staff are disinterested. There are other comparable options in this area. Will look at those next time. "

"Do not stay here on the weekend unless you like to turn in after 1:00 AM. There is a new music venue nearby that gets cranked up around 10:30 PM. Sounds like WW III kicking off. Elevator was dodgy and the room smelled like the boys locker room from high school. Staff was very kind and tried to be accommodating, but they have a lot of obstacles to overcome."

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."
