The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, if you plan to use the pool, I suggest you go somewhere else. You can't even see the bottom of the pool because it's so cloudy. Only one of the elevators works and it's pretty slow.

Room was clean and decently updated. Staff was nice. Free hot breakfast but you could tell it was just reheated. Pool was out of order. Fitness center was very small (dumbbells, elliptical & treadmill) and the treadmill didn’t work. They do have a partnership with the fitness center around the corner if you have time to use that instead. My room keys deactivated multiple times throughout my stay.

This hotel is everything it needed to be for a Holiday Inn Express, though a bit overpriced it was clean, the staff was professional and breakfast was nicely presented with variety. They had hot oatmeal annd cinnamon rolls and that is always a win for me!

The staff was friendly. There was too much smoking going on in rooms on the 2nd floor. The smell of weeds constantly coming into the room I was staying with my two daughters. There was way too much banging coming from the other room it was hard to sleep throughout the night. The ice machine was not working in every floor I had to go to the fourth floor very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the TV was a nice. The best thing about my experience was the breakfast that's included in your stay. It was probably the best included breakfast I have ever had. I appreciated the turkey sausage alternative. Breakfast also included regular sausages, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, fruits, breads/bagels, and juices. They also had these warm and fresh cinnamon rolls that were amazing. They have a coffee machine that's available 24/7.

Check in was quick the room was clean and the breakfast was good! I stayed one night for a little getaway it’s in the cut but the Arundel Mills mall is a short drive away. Staff was friendly when I had to chat with them they even let me check out an hr later. I did notice two spots of a leak in my room not sure if they were aware and forgot to inform them.
