This hotel was beautifully decorated with individually styled rooms relevant to the period. We had an issue with a rattling air conditioning unit on our first night and was immediately re-roomed to a Suite with no fuss or bother. The breakfast in the courtyard was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this quaint hotel in the centre of Baltimore.

Hotel Indigo was perfect for a stopover in Baltimore. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, the room was great and it had a comfortable bed. We chose to park in the multi-storey carpark which was conveniently located directly opposite the hotel ($15 for 24 hours). Best of all was Kim on reception. She welcomed us warmly, was exceptionally helpful and she was full of the best tips for enjoying the city and its restaurants. Thanks to Kim for making our short stay so special. I’d choose to...

The rooms were clean. Breakfast options were good. Would have preferred a bit more options for pescatarians. Bathroom shower was weak bit disappointed with that. Else a very comfortable stay and excellent location if you have some business near Johns Hopkins.

I arrived at the same time as a coach so check in took a long time with only one person on reception. Parking is convenient although the cost was $15 (not $10 as quoted at booking). To be fair they were perfectly happy to allow me to park until late afternoon on my day of checkout (after an Orioles day game). The room was good with all the essentials. No coffeemaker but there were coffee machines on the ground floor. Some noise from appliances during the night plus the sound of trains outside...
