"It’s a great weekend getaway with kids. The pool area is amazing, there is a very nice playground and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is good but small things like one person having 2 pans making omelets to hundreds of breakfast guests is just a puzzle and something easily sorted. Our biggest objection is language. "Warnung vor Buchung – äußerst enttäuschend! Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der versprochene Service existierte schlichtweg nicht. Es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort. In der Buchungsanzeige wurde ein Pool angegeben – dieser war nicht vorhanden. Ebenfalls wurde der kostenlose Zugang zum Aquapark zugesichert, was sich als falsch herausstellte.
