"A funcionária Valentina que fica na recepção é despreparada, desorganizada e rude. Ela conseguiu ser desagradável com todos os hóspedes. O nosso grupo vai duas vezes por ano para Curitiba, e, infelizmente, estamos desconsiderando o hotel após sermos tão desrespeitados por esta funcionária."

"Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance."

"This property looks nice from the outside, and the lobby was clean, but up on the 13th floor, the carpet in the hallway was dirty. When I got in my room it smelled musty and the floor looked dirty. I opened the curtains and discovered a LOT of mold. I messaged with the woman in charge of rooms in the morning, and she said they would change the curtains and clean the area. I returned to the room late that night and nothing had been done. I asked for a different room but was told there were none available. I told her that I was allergic to mold and asked for the refund policy and she never got back to me. I had to checkout of the room because it was making me sick,and find a different place to stay. I do not recommend this property."
