"Checkin was quick and easy. The room was tidy but the bunk bed wasn’t made and there was black hair on the sheets. The room was cleaned everyday as the bin was emptied and we received clean towels on our second night,but we could have done with receiving another toilet roll mid stay. Staff was helpful and the process to extend out checkout was easy. £10 per hour extra and it only cost £2 to store our bags after checkout."
